Life can feel full.
Work, family, relationships and everyday responsibilities can leave very little time to stop, take a breath and think about what you actually need.
Through The Hyatt Collective, I offer one-to-one Health & Wellbeing Coaching via Zoom — giving you dedicated time to step back, gain some clarity and focus on what you want to change.
I’m a Qualified Health & Wellbeing Coach, with additional training in Meditation, Mindfulness & Breathwork. I use a combination of coaching conversations and practical wellbeing tools to help you understand what matters to you, explore your options and take steps towards positive, sustainable change.
I’m not here to tell you what you should do.
I believe you are the person best placed to decide what is right for your life. My role is to help you step back from the noise, ask the questions that help you think differently and give you practical tools you can use beyond our sessions.
Together, we can explore where you are now, where you want to be and what might help you move between the two.
You might be:
Whatever brings you to coaching, the focus is on you and what you want to achieve.
Coaching isn't just about talking.
We can explore practical tools and techniques that you can take away and use in your everyday life, including mindfulness, breathwork, reflection and strategies for creating healthier habits and routines.
The aim isn't to give you another list of things you should be doing.
It's about finding approaches that are realistic for you, and helping you make changes that you can actually maintain.

My training gives me a range of coaching and wellbeing tools to draw from, but there is no prescribed formula.
You are the expert in your own life.
I'll help you explore, question, reflect and identify what feels right for you — then support you to turn that thinking into action.
Sometimes we get so caught up in everything that needs doing that we don't give ourselves the opportunity to think about what we actually want.
Coaching gives you that opportunity.
A chance to pause.
A chance to look at things differently.
A chance to decide what matters to you.
And, importantly, a chance to do something about it.
This isn't counselling or therapy. It's forward-focused coaching designed to help you develop greater awareness, build confidence, use practical tools and make your own decisions about the changes you want to make.
You choose the direction.
You make the decisions.
I help you find the clarity, tools and confidence to move forward.
Because looking after yourself isn't selfish.
You deserve to be on your own to-do list.
